GreenGuard GG100-LG
100 psi XPS for the heaviest engineered loads. Kingspan names low-temperature freezer floors among its uses, alongside runways, bridge abutments and parking decks.

- 0.1% by volume maximum, ASTM C272.

Before you specify it
- The current data sheet does not state an ASTM C578 type for this grade. Confirm the listing against the job before it goes into a specification.
- Kingspan's design note: vertical compressive strength is measured at 5% deformation or yield, and because XPS is visco-elastic, design safety factors should be used against long-term creep. Kingspan suggests 3:1 for static loads and asks to be called for dynamic loads.
- From the data sheet: the board is combustible. Protect it from high heat sources; a protective or thermal barrier may be required as specified in the building code.
