Many calls start with a brand: Andersen, Pella or Marvin. We do not sell those brands. We supply Silver Line vinyl, Sierra Pacific clad wood and thermally broken aluminum.
D.W. Ross supplies windows; the contractor doing the work installs them. If you don't have an installer, we can recommend one from our list of trusted contractors.

We sell windows from more than one maker. We look at the job first, then choose the window that fits it.
We sell the window to your contractor. The contractor prices the installation as a separate job.

Do you sell Pella windows?
No. We do not sell Pella windows and have no connection to Pella. Send the openings and we will tell you what we would supply.
Do you sell Marvin windows?
No. We do not sell Marvin windows and have no connection to Marvin. Our clad-wood line is Sierra Pacific.
Can you quote against another company's window list?
Yes. Send the list with the sizes and forms. We quote the window we would supply for each opening and point out where it differs.
Do you install the windows?
No. We supply them; the contractor doing the work installs them. If you don't have an installer, we can recommend one from our list of trusted contractors.
