Glass-fiber reinforced composite sheet.
Durostone® is Röchling's family of glass-fiber reinforced polyester, vinylester and epoxy resin sheets, made in grades for electrical insulation, PCB assembly and other industrial uses, and supplied as sheet or machined parts.
We have supplied laminated panels and fiberglass-reinforced sheet from Cleveland since 1972, and we supply Durostone.

Solder pallet grades
Röchling publishes CHP 760 (standard), CAS 761 (anti-static), CAG 762 (anti-static, optical) and a flux-resistant woven-glass grade for SMT reflow and wave soldering pallets.
Anti-static CAS 761
The black anti-static grade most often requested for wave-solder and SMT pallets. Tell us the thickness you run.
Electrical insulation
Glass-mat polyester and epoxy grades such as UPM 203 and EPM 203, used for switchgear and electrical insulating components.
Glass-fabric epoxy
EPC 308, a fine-fabric epoxy grade Röchling lists for electrical, wind energy and oil and gas applications.

What is Durostone used for?
Röchling makes Durostone® grades for PCB assembly (SMT reflow and wave-solder pallets), electrical insulation such as switchgear components, and other industrial applications. It is supplied as sheet and as machined parts.
What is the difference between Durostone CHP 760 and CAS 761?
Röchling lists CHP 760 as its standard solder pallet grade and CAS 761 as its anti-static grade. Where electrostatic discharge matters to the assembly, buyers usually ask for the anti-static grade.
What size are Durostone sheets?
Röchling publishes a standard solder pallet sheet of 2,440 by 1,220 mm, in a range of thicknesses. Tell us the thickness and quantity you need.
