Enclosures for laser, water-jet and robotic cells.
Insulated panel enclosures for laser cutting cells, water-jet rooms and robotic manufacturing cells: processes that need their own conditions and their own separation from the plant floor around them.
Installed by our crews, or supplied material-only to the contractor on the job.
A cell that has to run the same way every shift.
Laser cutting, water-jet cutting and automated robotic cells all run best at a set condition, separated from the dust, temperature swings and traffic of the floor around them.
An insulated panel envelope is how you build that room, with the wall surface chosen for what the process does to it.
What we enclose.
Laser cutting cells
Enclosed cells around processes that need their own conditions and their own separation from the floor.
Water-jet rooms
The same separation, with a wall surface chosen for the water and the wash-down that come with it.
Robotic and manufacturing cells
Automated cells that have to sit at a set temperature to run repeatably.
Specialty and laminated glass
Manufacturing where consistent conditions are the difference between product and scrap.
The equipment, the footprint, the ceiling height, the conditions the process needs and how material moves in and out. The panel, the surface and the doors follow.
Questions buyers ask
Can insulated panels be used to enclose a laser or water-jet cell?
Yes. An insulated panel envelope separates the process from the plant floor and holds the conditions it needs. We choose the surface for what the process does to the wall.
Why would a robotic cell need a temperature-controlled enclosure?
Automated cells that have to run repeatably often need to sit at a set temperature. An enclosure holds it regardless of what the rest of the building is doing.
Do you install process enclosures?
Yes, our crews install them, or we supply the panel system material-only to your contractor.
