How long does an order take, and what is in stock?
It depends on the line, so the quote gives the current answer for your order. Slide cooler and freezer doors are special order: lead time runs five to six weeks, and they are not returnable. We do not publish stock levels. Call the office and ask about the item you need.
What are the minimums and terms?
Insulated panels have a minimum run of 1,000 square feet per color. Special FRP colors run against a minimum quantity. For other lines, payment terms and accounts, call the office.
What standards and ratings can you show?
D.W. Ross is a BBB Accredited Business, rated A+, accredited since 2000. Product standards belong to the manufacturer's tested product, and the product pages name them: FM 4880 and FM 4881 for insulated panels, ASTM C578 for freezer floor board, and the fire class the FRP maker publishes for each color. Ask us which one covers your job.
